About Beverage Labels
A drink label has to work in the hand, on the shelf and often in a cooler. Coffee roasters bottling cold brew, juice bars, kombucha brewers, craft soda makers, small wineries and event planners making personalized bottles all start with the same question: what container is this going on? This category offers rectangular, square, round, die cut and custom beverage labels, each produced at the dimensions that suit your bottle or can.
Measure the container first
Wrap a strip of paper around the bottle where the label will sit, mark where the ends meet and measure it flat. That gives you the maximum width. Then measure the straight part of the body from shoulder to base for the height, because labels do not sit well on a tapering neck or shoulder. Many brands use two labels, a front label for the name and a back label for ingredients and contact details, which also keeps the front layout clean.
Conditions to mention in your quote
- Bottles stored in an ice bucket or cooler, where condensation forms
- Filling lines or hand application after bottling
- Glass, aluminum or PET plastic containers
- Returnable bottles that will be washed and reused
Moisture and cold affect paper and vinyl differently, so describing how the drink is stored helps us suggest a material. Clear labels are a popular choice on glass because the liquid shows through; our clear labels page explains that approach. Gold and silver accents can also be requested when a bottle is sold as a gift.
What the label needs to say
Beyond the brand name and flavor, check which statements your product type must carry, such as volume, ingredients, allergens or a producer address. We print the wording you approve, so confirm the requirements that apply to you before sending artwork. If you are launching a range, keep the layout consistent and change only the flavor name and accent color on each version, then list each design and quantity separately. Our team checks every file at no charge and emails a PDF proof for approval. When the details are ready, send them through the quote request page.
Beverage Labels questions, answered
Can I use different labels for each flavor in a drink range?
Yes. Most beverage brands keep one master layout and swap the flavor name, color accent or illustration for each version. List every design with its own quantity in your quote request so the order covers the full range at once.
Should my bottle have a front and back label?
Two labels give you room for a clean front with the brand and flavor, and a back label for ingredients, volume, barcode and contact details. A single wraparound label also works on straight-sided bottles if you prefer one piece.
How do I label bottles that will sit in ice or a cooler?
Tell us the drink will be chilled and exposed to condensation, and name the container material. That information shapes the material we discuss with you. Applying labels to clean, dry, room temperature bottles before chilling also helps them sit properly.
Are custom beverage labels suitable for weddings and events?
Couples and event hosts often relabel water, wine or soda bottles with names, dates or a monogram. Measure the bottles you have bought first, because sizes vary from one maker to another, and send a photo of the bottle with your quote request.

What Our Customers Say
Real reviews, quoted exactly as published on ProvenExpert.
I have been looking for a company that could provide quality water proof labels for a very long time. I stumbled across Print Design & Tech R US LTD via Google searching, last year October 2024. Since then I have used them another 3 times and we will continue to do so. Olivia and her team are fantastic, from the proofing, making a phone call to ensure the correct information. The quality of the labels are just what we have been looking for. Keep up the great work Ken
Brian Smith and his Manager and staff have been amazing with implementing our label designs and preparing the items. We receive regular updates on the progress of the printing stages and Brian is more than happy to make changes to our labels. highly recommend.
I agree with the many comments already written. They accomomated my slightly unusual order and even over the Thanksgiving holidays were very responsive and kept the ball rolling. Good job everyone! Norm
